Creator’s lab licensing agreement

1. originality & warranty:
by submitting your design, you (the “creator”) warrant that the model is your own original work. you guarantee that it does not infringe upon the intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrights of any third party (e.g., no disney, nintendo, or existing toy brands).

2. the trade (service for rights):
upon approval, popo master provides a professional 3d-printing service and international shipping of the prototype at no cost to the creator. in direct exchange for this service, the creator grants popo master an exclusive, perpetual, and worldwide license to manufacture, distribute, market, and sell products based on the submitted design.

3. right to modify:
popo master reserves the right to modify the model (e.g., adding branding, optimizing for production, or adjusting joints) to ensure the highest quality for commercial sale.

4. indemnification:
the creator agrees to indemnify and hold popo master harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from a breach of the originality warranty. if your design is found to be a copy of someone else’s work, you will be held legally responsible for any resulting losses.

5. credit:
while popo master owns the commercial rights, we love to celebrate our creators. we may (at our discretion) credit you as the “soul creator” on our product pages or social media.
