2. made-to-order & 3d printing

at popo master, we don’t believe in boring mass production.

• unique character: each product is independently 3d-printed. please understand that small variations in texture or color are a natural part of the 3d printing craft and make your buddy unique.
• production time: by placing an order, you acknowledge that your item will be produced specifically for you, which requires the processing time stated in our shipping policy.

3. accuracy of information

we do our best to ensure the colors and details of our 3d prints are shown accurately. however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate. prices and product descriptions are subject to change without notice.

4. payment & billing

you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. we reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. in the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you via email.

5. intellectual property

this is the heart of popo master. all designs, characters (including our beloved popo and aoao), logos, and creative content are the exclusive property of popo master.

• no copies: you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our designs or service without express written permission from us.

6. external links & third-party tools

we may use third-party tools (like payment processors or tracking apps) to make your experience better. we are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials or websites.
